It is my pleasure to write a few words for the website of The Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) New Delhi. On this occasion, I wholeheartedly and warmly welcome all Saudi students who are studying in different educational institutions in India. I wish them success and great achievement, and I hope that they will concentrate on their studies to get distinguished awards, gold medals, and brighten the name of Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission is one of the specialized agencies established by the Saudi government to execute programs and policies to meet the educational and cultural needs of Saudi students studying in India and all the countries which are supervised by this office. It also functions as an intermediary between Indian educational institutions and their counterparts in the Kingdom in terms of issues pertaining to culture, education and research.
Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) to New Delhi is part of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in New Delhi. However, in terms of administration, finance and students' affairs, the Mission reports directly to the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
SACM responsibilities include representing the Ministry of Higher Education, the government of Saudi Arabia, Saudi universities, and other governmental agencies that sponsor Saudi students in India. Being in charge of this great organization, I will exert my utmost effort to boost relations with the distinguished educational centers of India like AIIMS, IITs, IISs, JMI, Aligarh Muslim University and others.
I wish them success and great achievement, and I hope that they will concentrate on their studies to get distinguished awards, gold medals, and brighten the name of Saudi Arabia.
